At Grove Counseling, we believe deeply in the power of growth and transformation.

We trust that every client has the ability to heal, grow, and find balance, which is why we provide a safe, private, and nurturing environment for each individual. As a woman-owned practice we are a LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodiversity-affirming space that offers a client-centered, holistic approach tailored to your unique needs. At Grove Counseling, we are passionate about helping people make sense of their unique brains and supporting you on your journey of positive change. You are worthy of the transformation you seek, and we’re here to help you get there.

OUR SERVICES:

Multiple handwritten white arrows emerge from the head pointing to various adjectives and phrases, including 'calm in crisis,' 'ability to hyperfocus,' 'positive,' 'problem solver,' 'imaginative,' 'passionate,' 'humorous,' 'creative,' and 'energetic.' The phrases appear to describe different characteristics or qualities.

Get to Know Grove Counseling

We’re so glad you’re here!

We started Grove Counseling because we wanted to create the kind of space we wish more people had access to — a place where all parts of you are welcome. We’re a woman-owned practice that proudly affirms LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients. Our approach is collaborative and tailored to you, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your story, your strengths, and your struggles are all part of what makes you, you — and we’re here to honor that.

We offer therapy that’s grounded in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're working through past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, or just trying to understand yourself better, we're here to help you make sense of it all. Our goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you reconnect with your truth, your voice, and your sense of self.

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions to fit your life. And we always start with a free 15-minute consultation so you can get to know us before making any decisions.

At Grove, we believe healing happens in relationship — and we’d be honored to be part of yours.
